A bit more information would be useful:

- which OS are you using?
- which device/hardware are you using?
- are you able to attach a USB-keyboard to the device?
- what happens after you attached a USB-keyboard to the device (if possible) and select "No"?
- do you have any kind of other controller connected to the device and if yes, which one?
- did you try to disconnect the controller (if there is any)?

If you can't answer even these very basic questions then how do you expect people to be able to help you?

Well, perhaps a good firm breakfast with 2 large cups of coffee will do the job and wake you up properly Smile

Good Morning,

Well if you could give me some examples of what you are asking for then maybe I can realize what you are looking for in a response.......

I am an old school guy and not really familiar with this information....

Thanks,

Is Kodi running on a windows computer, an Apple computer, an android tv box, or something else?

Good Afternoon,

It is running on Amazon Fire Box LAVA HDTV 2100....

A Lava HDTV 2100 is a DVR and an analogue to digital converter, I'd be highly surprised if this could run Kodi.

Do you perhaps mean an Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick?

And is there just a remote control connected to the Fire TV box?
