Thai translation addon resource.language.th_th ver 9.0.2 (tested) contains illegal utf-8 characters in the following msgctxt entries:

1420/1424/1430/1439

I don't know what the language team is attempting to do with these translations (it's all Thai to me).

Kodi uses Transifex for its translations, and "anyone" can join in. So either the Thai translations are not fully done yet, or the import of Thai texts into Kodi is having some hiccups.
