Is there any way/link we can get a version of Kodi 18 alpha 1 release? l like 18 but only alpha 1 seems to have sort working.

Alphas are for testing purposes to move the project FORWARD by identifying bugs and other issues. These releases are not meant to be used as a daily driver. There would be no point making older alphas available when the project has moved on to a newer release.
If you're having issues with the current alpha release then help the project out by providing bug reports.
