Source too slow, cache too low for continuous playback
#1
I keep receiving this message. It only happens when I am watching recordings made through NextPVR PVR add-on stored on a brand new hard drive (hard drive 1). The Pi is hardwired to the PVR server via gigabit switch. I have a hard drive (hard drive 2) on the same PC that that holds other media. I do not get any messages when playing from hard drive 2 only hard drive 1. I upgraded hard drive 1 today after reading some posts about hard drive speed and cache being a possible issue. I can't figure out why only the NextPVR recordings are the only ones giving me this issue. It happens when watching live TV but rarely.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

NextPVR Server:
Windows 10
6-Core 3.5Ghz Processor
Gigabit NIC
16GB RAM
1TB 7200rpm 64mb Cache.

Kodi:
Raspberry Pi3+
LibreElec
Kodi 17.6
Artic Skin

Check drive #1 for any disk errors, look at its SMART log on the drive for any hiccups.
All HDDs are far too quick for the RPi 3B+'s gigabit speed (which is topping at 2-300Mbps A.K.A. ~35MB/s at best).
