Since the Roku folks have decided to make their formerly device-exclusive streaming service available on the web, I was thinking it might be fun to be able to watch it through Kodi. I checked the terms and conditions link at the bottom of the page, but that just goes to the general Roku t&c, with no specific mention of this service.

It does look like the web version is geolocked to the US.

It looks like one does need to have a Roku account to access the videos, but that's free and the login page suggests there's no need to actually own a Roku device. Don't know how much of a difference that makes to anyone's interest.
