Has anybody fixed or understood this issue?

I have the latest nightly for Kodi 18, an nvidia shield 2015 and framerate switching works fine until I power cycle the TV or AVR... Then for the framerate switch to work I have to restart kodi. I tried to override the settings using the advancedsettings.xml file without luck.

Sorry about that. Since it was the exact same issue I supposed it was easier to ask in the same thread.
I am just wondering if someone has the same issue.
