I recently switched to Leia beta2 as the RC must be close (I hope !) Long time in coming, likely 18 will be around for a while like an Ubuntu LTS.

On 17.6 I had done a number of home screen customizations like vertical (& horizontal) menus ( and sub menus) background, colors, fonts with links, favs, addons and thumbnail widgets. I then found that Arctic Zephyr by @jurialmunkey is much lightweight and luckily my custom settings transferred ...

But neither skin is available on Leia.

So any recommendations for a light skin with custom home screen? Since I have a custom home screen I don't need other heavier skins- use CoreElec JeOS so the whole idea is speed without losing function but nothing fancier.

Will Aura transfer custom settings, being from @jurialmunkey as well ? Is it stable enough for Leia?

Links for candidate skin if not from Kodi 18 skins yet? Use with mouse?

Here are my findings thus far for Leia beta2 if they could help:

1. The short answer is Mimic from author GitHub, v5.0.3 (latest from July) not the official Kodi download (which cannot do settings popup configuration !) Mouse works.

2. Aura beta also works but loads slowly at first. Mouse works.

3. Horizon might work, but will require the @bsoriano mod or its update, but I am unable to locate path of DialogAddonSettings.xml. So not sure:
