If the enigma2 server loses connection to the network, the enigma2 client will not load even after the server has regained connection to the network.
The following error appears: Add-on couldn't be loaded. An unknown error has occurred.

I got error on V18 too since 1 week ?!
I use a Dreambox and stream over LAN to Amazon stick via Enigma2 PVR client. 

If i start Kodi it says, unable to load PVR Manager 
i already uninstall kodi, and reinstall a fresh Kodi with fresh setup Enigma 2 client - still does not work.

if i go back to V 17.6, and use the V2+ .... PVG addon it wirks fine
