Hello I can not put the series on my Kodi (Xiaomi mi box), the movies is easy but not the series, before I get there (7 months). Can you help me

Perhaps it would be helpful if you provided more background, such as:
- give an example of a series you cannot add, including full directory path of series folder, and name of at least one episode file
- how did you define the tv source?
- how did you add movies (show example of one full movie path, show how you defined your source)
- what happens if you try to browse Files in your tv source from within kodi?
