Sorry for noob question again.
After Kodi update to Matrix 19.3. Alphabet jumpbar is gone. And i can't find anything in skin setting. I've use Poster Wall for the view.

This actually only happens when there is no content for the jumpbar through embuary.helper. Sometimes I also have this issue, but I am not able to reproduce this in every case. What helps me is to return to the main menu and then back to the film view, then it actually works again. I have just added another option to use an alternative jump bar. Will be available soon per kodi repo or if you would like to update per zip:

You can enable that in skinsettings > extras > use old jumpbar
