I'm assuming it's something to do with a "<top>" somewhere but I'm too inexperienced to tell.Sounds like you went down the same path I did trying to get clear logos looking right. The "top" you're looking for is in Includes_Home.xml under the include name "FullScreenInfoSub". You will need to match the condition of your particular home screen setup, i.e. in my case it was "Skin.HasSetting(homemenu.netflix) + Skin.HasSetting(home.widgets.show.reflections)" and I changed the top value from -790 to -835 when I had set my clearlogo size to 172.
EDIT: for anyone else playing around with this: 159px works without causing overlap with the widget label.
Keep in mind if you're using weather or system widgets, you'll need to change those tops as well if you want all of them to line up the same across different home screens.
In addition, I also decreased the max height of the plot box "MultiWidgetsPlotLabel" to better fit with a larger clear logo so it was still keeping a reasonable space between the bottom of the plot and the top of the widget row.
Thanks so much again for this! These tips resulted in a layout I'm incredibly happy with. I used 204px for the clearlogo in both home and in view 521.
The only thing that would make it even better is if I could find the line to adjust the spacing between the individual contents of the FulscreenInfoSub. I'd use it to slightly decrease the padding between the Clearlogo and the MultiwidgetsPlotLabel and make the overal spacing more consistent with my new layout. I'm still on the lookout for that line and learning more about the structure of the XMLs. I've learned a whole bunch so far. Thanks again!
