Shot in the dark... Looking for some guidance please.

VLC on laptop running Stretch works without issue. rtsp, user password, yada, yada..

Using Pi's on TV's, & 7" touchscreens, HDHR prime for live TV, ServerWMC for DVR..... When I select rtsp, feed starts and runs fluid first minute or so then turns into stop-motion. This a limitation of raspberry?

Can live with it, am just reaching out if anyone else has come across this.

Works now using 480p sub stream and some additional tweaking. Not really a Kodi issue after testing with Raspbian.
