I am having an issue with getting KODI 17.6 to run.  When I launch the program a black screen is displayed for about 10-15 sec then it goes back to displaying my desktop.  I have tried deleting the Addon file in KODI/USERDATA/DATABASE.  I have uninstalled 17.6 and tried installing KODI 18, and have reinstalled 17.6 with the same issue.  I haven't been able to access the software to create a debug file, but I have submitted some text files that were in the Kodi userdata folder.  I also included info about my system, video driver, and windows version that I hope will help.

A quick Google seems to suggest AMD Radeon HD 8650G, adapter 0 is having driver issues with Windows 10 http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2...ndows.html
You can initiate full proper debug log Log file/Advanced (wiki) check 1.2 Turn on debugging using a file (advancedsettings.xml)

Try upgrading to last available drivers (or beta drivers). I don't think it's this issue, check https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid2565040  Looks like you're dying right out of the gate, in that system Kodi x64 Leia RC2 might be a better fit. Supported hardware (wiki)
