I have a few files when i play them, i can hear the audio but the TV screen is black. I cannot see anything at all, not even the Kodi OSD. Disabling the two mediacodec acceleration options has fixed the problem but what could be causing this? Playing the exact same file in Plex has no issues.
This has been the case with all Kodi 18 RC builds, current using RC4 on an up to date Nvidia Shield connected to a Sony 900E TV.
EDIT: I retested all files i have and the black screen problem only happens to a few files, below is one of the problematic files
