Currently I don't have any info by selecting the "i' in the dock during playback. I believe it would be great to have some meta, like in Quicktime's or VLC inspector. Frame rate, data rate, codecs, etc.

Is there such a shortcut for Android (Oreo), running on Mibox?

CTRL+shift+o should also work on that, if I´m not mistaken
You could also map a remote buttont to that action by defining some custome remote.xml (or keyboard.xml...depends on how your remote is interpreted inside Kodi) and then use something like that: <some_remote_key>PlayerDebug</some_remote_key>
PlayerDebug
will be the same as ctrl+shift+o
if you replace "PlayerDebug" with PlayerProcessInfo
it will show the same as the "o"-key without the "ctrl+shift"-mod
