Im sure there was a setting previously to switch SBS and TAB as 'normal' view... is this the case and is it possible in 17/16?

I did set the stereoscopic to 2d but when set to 'ask' it doesn't so I wonder if the video encoding isn't right (or this setting is for something else), I tried the same of TAB video too though.
