Hi everyone and thanks for any help you can give me.
Been using Kodi for many years and just recently started having problems with kodi refusing to try streaming, please see below.
1. Kodi 17.6 Git:20171114-a9a7a20 32bit
2. Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Professional 64-bit
3. Intel Core i5 4300u, 64bit
4. 8GB (2x4GB, dual channel)
5. Detailed Instructions to reproduce the Problem (The more specific the better.)
TL/DR:
When I try to play a stream regardless of plugin (Youtube, Twitch, BBC player etc.) about 8 out of 10 times the streams will start to load (I see the spinning circle-thing in the middle of the screen) and then just immedietly stop within a second or two (the circle disappears and i see the menu again). No error message, no connection errors, nothing.
I can play local files fine, and a few streams mainly in the youtube plugin will work, but most streams will not. If i look at the log it seems to start the videoplayer and then immedietly just close it again.
If I copy-paste the url from the log into firefox etc. the video plays fine (in the browser), so even though the log sometimes spits out random http errors I don't seem to have a connection problem in windows.
Kodi is whitelisted in the windows firewall, and i'm not running any third-party firewall software.
The problem started about 2 months ago seemingly out of nowhere (no update done to kodi, the addons, windows etc.; no hardware changes)
I've tried re-installing Kodi, completely removing and re-installing, rolling back to Kodi 16, and not installing any other addons than Youtube: still the same results.
(also try the version 18 beta, but couldn't get many of the plugins to work at all there so a whole other set of problems with that, heh ^^; )
6. Details of all devices relevant to the problem
The problem only happens on my Panasonic Let's Note laptop (2014 model), running the specs above. My other device, an andorid tablet, does not exhibit this behaviour.
7. FULL Debug Log
Debug log linked below (no edits except replacing my username with "User" for my somewhat anonymity lol)

Very thankful for any help I can get. Been searching google and this forum but i cannot find anything that seems to fix this.
Other than this problem, extremely happy with Kodi, Great software!
