Because that "crappy" Win10 in S mode offers more security and in my opinion that is an advantage for systems that doesn't need registry access or old Win32 programs like a HTPC or the PC for children for example. It is comparable tell Apples iOS. Do you also tell iPad users that they should update their systems because it uses a "crappy" limited os?
