Since the update to v18, it has a hard time bitstreaming. It decodes the audio all the time. When switching audio options however, it will eventually bitstream. It is not my computer since VLC, Media Player Classic, etc all bitstream without problem.
P.S Kodi has always bitstreamed without issue before but for a while now, even before the update it has had difficulty.
