It looks like tinyXML related and I'm not sure I had the proper dependencies when I started the compilation. I'd be very thankful if someone more knowledgeable would translate into Linux the following term/nickname/slang/weirdo (don't know how to call it):

I'm asking this because I have tinyxml v2.6.2 built and installed (Kodi 17 was happy with it) and there's also a tinyxml2 v7.0.1 available, which I can build if required.
