I shared the whole folder to public, anyone with or without box account could download them.
Only my free box account has 10GB download bandwidth limit, but it's not there yet.

I tested with another browser, open https://app.box.com/v/kodi4sonytv , without login, download works just fine.

No, sorry, I meant I can't load an addon from the official Kodi add-on repository with your Kodi-Build, although this add-on repository is enabled.

Oh, I misunderstood you word. Blush

I haven't install addon with "org.xbmc.amc" build on TV yet, but just tested on my phone, OpenSubtitles and Keymap Editor addon installed fine.
I also installed many addons with "com.amazon.aiv.eu" build on my TV, so I think there is no access protection with Kodi repo.

Maybe check your log for detail messages.

Are you still not able today to install add-ons from the Kodi repository with this build ? I'm asking because me and other users had similar issues yesterday (with other builds, versions, etc). Have a look at this post of mine, it might be related (not sure, though)

So, apologies for using elder post.
I also have a Amlogic S905 chipset which started stuttering upon upgrade to 18/18.1.

Using the Amlogic tooling to change settings didn't help, did others solve the stutters when using the custom build links?

 I did not solve it.
In my case I think it's the crappy Android firmware of my box to blame.
I resorted to CoreElec (on a SD) and Kodi now runs smoothly without issues.
