Screen flickering Live IPTV
#1
hi there!

I'm trying to use the Live IPTV function in my PC but I've got a flickering screen.

already tried:
last Kodi version
Windows 10 / Windows 7
different graphic drivers
NextPVR / IPTV Simple Client add-ons
different video settings

the problem does not occur using the NextPVR or any other Player, or even with video add-ons on Kodi: Exodus, Magic Dragon, etc.

logs and screen: https://paste.kodi.tv/yerodeyuxihttps://i.imgur.com/ev1Vhar.jpg

thank you! Smile

Clearly IPTV is not a general file format but like any internet streaming protocol  performance will vary from client.  You should have posted separate support request with debug logs in the appropriate sub forums.

I do see this line though from your NextPVR run

2019-02-25 17:15:45.894 T:5008 INFO: ffmpeg[1390]: service_provider: FFmpeg

which makes we suspect you need to update your NextPVR backend files because there was a problem early in 4.2.3 where IPTV files were being transcoded unnecessarily.

Also edit your post to make it Kodi forum compliant.
