I have started TMM today, I haven't updated, upgraded or changed anything and while yesterday everything was OK, today it was unusable, tried to delete the config.xml still the setup wizard looks the same: unreadable... what should I do?

looks like a codepage issue..
could you post the launcher.log and tmm.log (just the first lines where the startup of tmm is located?)
