i run kodi 18 across 2 linux installs
when i run iptv on these boxes i find the usage really spikes. interestingly on the linux box, high cpu usage does not equal to freezing. so for instance on cinnamon at about 100% kodi-x11 the system will near freeze. yet on budgie de i have not experienced this.
is it possible to manage these numbers comfortably below 100%
for instance here is what top looked like while i was typing this post at a point
