I guess this would be a skin, but with addon support.
Something like the Vizio "Smartcast" screen that pulls streaming content from the various apps that are included and displays the available shows/movies.
Official Kodi Repository Addons like Youtube, Crackle, Classic Cinema Online, DIY Network, InfoWars, Food Network, NASA, News Max, Cheddar, Popcornflix, Shout Factory TV, Snag Films, Fox Sports, CNN, Travel Channel, Tuff TV, Vimeo, WABC Programs, etc, could provide a lot of legitimate streaming options.
