Hello,
I'm using SPDIF and an optical cable between the Minix neo U1 and sonos playbar. There is also a sub and 2xplay 1s for potential 5.1.
It works but the sound is just in stereo when I use an android app rather than in better quality dolby.
I have the Kodi 18 audio settings set with passthrough on along with number of channels 2 and dolby digital ac3 and true HD both on...
I also have a hdmi audio extractor if that would help.
I've tried multiple configurations after reading multiple threads but can only get stereo. The TV has an optical socket but I don't think it supports dolby so I was trying to bypass it but maybe that won't work?
