I upgraded to 18.2 and found that there is no Transparency skin. Is there a timetable?

There should be no difference in a point release. If you had it in v18.0, then it will be available for all v18.x releases.
It is there, I am using it on v18.2. And it is available for v18.3 nightlies.

I upgraded from Krypton to 18.1 on another system and it went fine. I just tried the same thing on a different machine, this time to 18.2 and was told the skin was incompatible. When I go to the KODI repository, Transparency is not listed.

I found a way around it. I went to the All Add-ons and downloaded Transparency. Then it appeared in the available skins. It's working fine.
