I'm seeing audio out-of-sync on a Fire TV Stick 4K, Kodi 20.0 Alpha 1 -- but not with all videos; I just know it's at least with H.264 MP4/MKV files, 720p, AAC 2.0.
It will immediately go out-of-sync if the GUI is displayed (no skipping or fast forwarding is required, just showing the GUI over the video). If I play the video and *never* show the GUI, the audio has a good chance of remaining in-sync.
This doesn't happen with, for instance, MPEG-2 TS files, 1080i, Dolby 5.1.
I also tried modifying the following settings, but none seemed to matter:
"Allow passthrough" on or off; Output configuration "Fixed, Optimized, Best match"; Resample quality 44.1 or 48.
I can create a new thread, if necessary.
