I want to know how to watch TV.

I've installed it on Android TV and Shield, but every PVR add-on will not load.

I need a quick answer, not to watch some long unedited fumbly dimwit on YouTube.

Do you have a back end (eg something connected to a satellite dish or aerial)?
If yes, whatever it is determines what you can run on kodi (it has to match).
If no your only option here is the simple iptv addon - for which you need access to a playlist
(and if they're not legit channels you'll be better asking elsewhere).
So... it depends.

This is not difficult to watch Tv. But I have analyzed applying simple IPTV but I cannot get it to load the EPG. I can get it to pick up the channels but when I try to point it at the EPG XML file it then performs no ways at all. 

Probably, the VBox addon with being adjusted immediately!
