I have Kodi (LibreElec) v16 loaded on an Acer Revo 3610. While old, it's been reliable.
My kid started playing a file which I just converted in Handbrake and it glitched out and then went out of A/V sync, showed grey fragmentation, etc. I tried the same on LibreElec on a RPi 2B+ with no issues. Same result in VLC.

I can't quite understand the issue. The device is powerful enough as it plays 720/1080 content with no issues. I did notice the CPU-KODI was over 200-300% at some points in the on screen debugging info
