10.14.6 issue with 18.3 and reverting refresh rate after watching video
#1
Hi,
I've configured Kodi to change refresh rate of my Sharp panel to match the source of the video file about to be played, (i.e. 120Hz for 24p, 100Hz for 50p and 120Hz for 30/60p)

Everything works as expected until the video file ends (typically by me fast forwarding the end credits to ensure the file is marked as watched)

My panel reverts back to 50Hz (I'm in Australia) but as it does, I'm presented with the login window!!?!?  (This Mac is configured to automatically login at startup by the way)

I log back in and Kodi is still running, as is Transmission etc etc but it appears that the Finder and my Window session had quit because all SMB mounts on the desktop have disappeared/unmounted. (which are what Kodi is using as source)

Before I start logging and investigating further, anyone else seen this behaviour since upgrading to macOS 10.14.6?

Cheers,
Reply
