I'm still having a whole mess of problems adding channels. I did a clean start with the latest update, especially since the newest update was supposed to fix those show titles (at least I think this update was supposed to.) I added a whole mess of channels on the first load and then PTVL ate them. They just simply aren't there and I can't get any new channels to add. Either the dialog opens saying PTVL is busy or it will take my input and then wipe them out again later. Also PTVL seems to always be doing something in the background.

I hope I'm explaining this clearly.

I don't see any errors, and it appears a typo in the background services caused a loop... I believe this should fix all the weird problems you were observing; keep me updated!
BTW HDHomerun Simple is in my beta repo and supports PseudoTV Live.... let me know how it works out.

Seems to be working well so far. I won't have time to test it thoroughly until after the weekend (I work weekends,) but I'll put it through its paces and get back to you. I haven't set favorites or anything like that yet because I have all the channels I don't want disabled on the hdhomerun itself at the moment but as far as letting PTVL find the plugin and pull the channels in it is doing just fine.

V. 0.2.6f is smooth and does not delete channels, Thank you @Lunatixz. However, l seem to get an error when trying to use the radio stations. I will upload my log.

Today I'll update to the latest nightly and blow away the pseudotv config again and see if it helps.

Updated Kodi, deleted pseudotv, ensured plugin folder was gone, reinstalled pseudotv, re-created channels, and no longer see the above error.

Changing channels was a lot more reliable, but we did eventually have a crash last night.  Sorry I can't recall if it happened at the end of a show or during a channel change.  Hopefully that's obvious from the logs.

That last log was over 100MB, and paste.kodi.tv won't even allow 8MB logs.  I get the message "something went wrong" when trying to save.

That last log ends with kodi freezing.

It lasted for a while before crashing this time, so not a big deal, just figured you might like to know.

edit: After a wipe of all kodi user data no crashes for a few days

I'm having a difficult time trying to enable multiroom support.  The system I want to use as the server is a Shield TV running Kodi 19 final with mysql backend for library.

"Under PseudoTV Live's settings "Options" change the file location to a shared path" 

This option is always grayed out for me.  I cannot figure out how to make it enabled.  I have tried with channels already defined, I have cleared configuration and started over.  Can someone please assist?

...I'm also planning to temporarily disable changing PseudoTV Lives paths, in-case this boils down to write permission issues. Which this plugin is not responsible for.
