This problem occurs for values less than -1.00 (when shifting the video upward), and for values greater than +1.00 (when shifting the video downward)
I see the problem with all of:

No problem on the Fire TV Stick 4K.
Just tried out the latest v19 pre-release...seems like this problem has not been fixed by Amazon/Amlogic. Does anyone know if Amazon and/or Amlogic are working on a firmware fix?
It looks likely that I'll be returning the Cube...
