You should not have bothered with NexPVR V4 as the two won't work together.  NextPVR v5 should work fine on Windows with digital devices and BDA devices, unless you use CAM/CI which cannot be discussed on this forum.   If it is the program id changing and not simply mpeg2/h264 transitions NextPVR might not be able to help.

You guys can record and cut a sample piece. And then submit this sample to Kodis bugtracker. Maybe someone can fix it.

Cause Dynamic program switching works in Kodi with Mediaportal-PVR-Client, it seems not to be a Kodi-Problem, but a DVBViewer-Client-Problem.
So Kodi bugtracker seems not to be the right address.
