The log uploader addon makes it simple for anyone to post a log link.

Unfortunately without it, any support here would basically be guesswork and that's not something we engage in.

i tried as you said and i think i sent   a log file but im not sure

When you upload the log it will give you a URL. We need that URL posted here so we know which log is yours.
