My current set up is a Windows 10 Microserver (with media shares) wired into a Mesh Home Deco system. Kodi is on a Fire 4K, which is connected wirelessly into the Mesh Home Deco system.

I am finding that the the Mesh Home Deco reassigns the microserver a new IP address and Kodi on the Fire 4K cannot see it thus all my media is inaccessible unless I remove the share, re-add and rescan for media.

Anyone had this issue before and solved it? What did you do?

It's still a router as far as I can tell. So you should be able to fixate an IP address for your server.
