Ok, so i've used this skin for years now and I love it. One of the things I always wanted to change was how it views on the home screen when posters are activated.
By default, with posters enabled, it would show 5 posters and every 5 seconds it would change the fanart and the poster. The problem with this is that the posters would block out a huge portion of the fanart and the home screen.
Today I had some time off and figured out how to make the skin display only ONE poster at a time and still cycle through the other posters and accompanying fanart. Below is a screenshot of this.
As you can see there's now one poster instead of the default five posters that normally populate the home screen (and blocking out a huge portion of the fanart).
HOW TO DO MOD EMINENCE TO DO THIS -
1- Power off Kodi.
2- Go to your Eminence Mod skin folder and open the 16 x 9 folder. This is located in C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.eminence.2.mod\16x9
3- Locate the file "Includes_Home.xml" . right click it and open with notepad.
4- Go to this pastebin link I created HERE and copy the entire text shown.
5- Go back to your Includes_Home.xml and press CNTL A , or select all.
6- Paste the contents of the pastebin and save.
7- Power up Kodi
8- Go to Settings>Skin Settings>Widgets>Tile Style> Select ROUNDED
9- Make sure you have posters enabled in Skin Settings>Widgets
10- Restart Kodi
