I have revamped and renamed the Repo that delivers new versions of the 2 options:
Order Favourites - Insert
Order Favourites - Swap.

The icons and descriptions have been changed to make it obvious what each version does:

Someone had reported an issue with the Xonfluence skin. 
I debugged the dialog XML and found the problems (lack of default values, lack of explicit widths), and have fixed those on v1.4.0.

So Order Favourites will work on Xonfluence and should withstand other skins as well.

@doko-desuka Thanks for the update - works great.

Now that you have updated your version to work on other skins, I will be removing/unpublishing my versions as there is no longer a need for them and to avoid any confusion. I look forward to any future improvements you make and thanks again for all your assistance in getting my versions running in the meantime.
