Yes, i set this setting and use VCD 5.5.2.0, but it seems that the "drive is ready" message not work for me on W2020 H2.

Sorry, my fault: the "ready check" is not yet implemented. Please try to add a new timeout setting to the .\Ember Media Manager\Profiles\Default\AdvancedSettings.xml to set a custom timeout (in milliseconds, e.g. 5000 for 5 seconds):

With this settings Ember waits as long you set the timeout after triggering VCD to load the ISO before the scan will be started.
