And if I want to create simple lists, we must use the notion of Tag or "balise", right?

Let's just clear something up.
Do you have movies stored on a HDD?
If yes, then use the wiki and the how-to create a video libraray.
If not and if you are searching from something in Kodi you can click on and what presents a bunch of movies, then let me tell you that Kodi doesn't provide any kind of content.
