Opinion on the best hardware fit for my needs

I currently am a Firestick 4K user and it honestly does everything I need, but the bloatware, lack of customization, and mediocre performance are beginning to annoy me. I've looked at the recommended hardware sticky and I'm still not sure what to pick.

My hardware requirements are:

-More RAM (2 is fine, 4 preferred)
-gigabit ethernet
-higher performance
-4K and HDR if possible
-Most audio options covered, Atmos would be preferred as well

My software support requirements are:

-Kodi
-Youtube TV
-Spotify
-ESPN
-SiriusXM

Thanks in advance!

Answer...

Nvidia Shield, the only other Android device that will give you TrueHD/Atmos is the original 2016 Mi Box - and that is slower vs a FireTV Stick 4K.
Nothing else has Gigabit Ethernet, except the Shield.

Is this any version of the shield? I'm not fully updated on their various offerings.

Yeah... I have a Dell precision M3800 (i7, 6gb ram, USB 3.0) lying around, but Kodi won't use the Quadro K1100m, only the integrated HD 4600. I'm kind of torn on using that with a wireless keyboard/mouse or just getting an entirely new device.

Yes any version of the Shield.
Even the 2019 Shield Tube/Stick would do if all you are doing is audio and video streaming and do not need USB ports.

Just be aware no Shield will give you HDR YouTube.

What has the size of the video library got to do with anything?  My clients are a mismatch of Raspberry PIs (2 & 3+) various Android devices and a couple of mediocre PCs.  I have a video library that is nearly 1100 Movies, which is about 5.5TB, makes no difference to the client.
HTPCs: 2 x Chromecast with Google TV
Audio: Pioneer VSX-819HK & S-HS 100 5.1 Speakers
Server: HP Compaq Pro 6300, 4GB RAM, 8.75TB, Bodhi Linux 5.x, NFS, MySQL

While the Odroid N2 plays files flawlessly, it couldn't handle my large library (5000 movies and 2000 tv episodes); switched to an Intel 8i3BEH running Win 10 and Jougals HDR version of Kodi, everything works perfectly! Recommended.
