Hello guys,
Under Android, Kodi (Leia 18.5 version) is showing video problems which can be called freezes, lags...

Setting "Adjust Display Refresh Rate" is not changing anything...
Setting "HQ Scalers" to 0% is not changing anything too...
But disabling both "Hardware Acceleration MediaCodec (Surface)" and "Hardware Acceleration MediaCodec" makes changes...but...
The only option to solve this is to disable hardware acceleration in "Player Settings" (Expert mode only). However when you configure your TV like this, Kodi is unable to run 4K files (video is running very slow).
There is stricly no issue by running the same files under my PC (with same Kodi version Leia 18.5). Is there any plan to update Kodi by solving this issue?
