MPEG-DASH/InputStream Adaptive will be required for some streams that are >360p and for others that are >720p. InputStream Adaptive is only available in Kodi 17 or greater.

That looks like an intermittent connection, the connection to the playing stream failed followed by the connection to youtube[dot]com failing.
