You can do this already using url_subs.txt that is supported by all my add-ons.
Create a file called url_subs.txt in the userdata folder for the add-on you want it used for.
Then add the below lines to it
Obviously change the 2nd line to what domain (cdn provider) you want used.

I assume
na = North America
eu = Europe
oc = Oceania
akc = Akamai
l3c = Lumen
llc = Limelight
vzc = Google Alpha
ftc = Fastly
bgc = Akamai
btoc = Amazon / cqloud.com
Behind the scenes it just does a simple re.sub
