Sorry for that, I know that you are tired to explain it. First many thanks for the time that you spend for this great add on (we will always appreciate you for that). But I have another question.
Netflix also require Widevine L1 for HD content. But Netflix plugin on first releases have the same problem (before CastagnaIT team, because original developer has stop to support it). Somehow, they find a way to manage it. Have you look on their code or contact with this team to see if there is an option to bypass it?
I have a Sony Google TV and I can play 4K HDR content, as matthuisman said this is because Disney require Widevine L1 DRM encryption compatible systems. Unfortunately, Windows systems does not support it (also you can’t play 1080p/4K from browser and this is stupid from Disney because many users use the browser for that). The only option to play HD content is from Disney app on Microsoft Store, but it was impossible to play correctly surround audio.
My basic problem on Netflx and Disney apps it that, surround audio and subtitle fonts (options are verry limited and awful).
