Solved Movies in separate folder not working
#1
Hi,

I'm doing a reorganization of my library, but I can't seem to make this option (Movies are in separate folders that match the movie title) work. I tried to check it, with and without Scan Recursively, I destroyed and recreated my source, relaunching kodi each time too. It's still using the filename to scrap.

I recently moved to Embuary, but I don't know if it can have an effect.

Example:
Code:

   DEBUG: CAddonSettings[metadata.themoviedb.org]: loading setting definitions

Hey. I am no expert and I don't represent kodi in anyway nor can I debug your log but once some time ago I had that "not in the database" thing and when I deactivated the tag option from the system settings, it worked fine. I have not dug deep into details of what are tags exactly or why this option is used for but I just disabled it then the video scraper worked. The option I mean is in system > media > videos > use video tags.

I hope it is that simple for you as it was for me 😊

Ok after tweaking it in all sort of way I found the problem, the option Settings -> Media -> Videos -> Use video tags  was enabled and it all those file had weird titles in them. Disabling it solve the problem. Sorry about that.
