You can add a parameter in Kodi's advancedsettings.xml file:

<advancedsettings>

	<video>

		<subsdelayrange>300</subsdelayrange>  # Place your own value here

	</video>

</advancedsettings>

You could also use a subtitle editor to make adjustments,
or perhaps search a bit longer for the correct subtitle.
