Was wanting to do some skin testing on Matrix winx64, but no game addons will install as they all are looking for binary.global.main 1.1.0 but current ABI is 1.2.0.

Game add-ons are missing a Matrix tag. I'll try to fix that this week.

Have created a new release here https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libret...1.0-Matrix, should be available in next hours by our addon mirror.

With a unknown reason for me was by his release the related API code not available and has taken the old.

Has also by request few other cleanup parts added: https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro/pull/66
