Hi to everyone!
I got Kodi 18.6 installed with the latest amber skin for the Android Sony TV.
My problem:
For all self made videos, the thumbnails will be generated after I first visit the folders in Kodi where the MP4 files are located.
But in the "List View" of the folders, there are no thumbnails visible.
In the pictures section, 4 thumbnails of random JPGs will be displayed on the left side in the "List View" of the folders.
Isnt' this also possible for the self made videos?
Not only to get the thumbs shown in the folder, I need them also on the folder view.
I really appreciate your help in advance.
Maybe someone has a solution, I'm glad for every advice.

@Nicole.sabene, could you please post a screenshot of the issue? As for the thumbnails for picture folders, Kodi does this automatically, it's not something controlled by the skin. Thanks.

@nicole.sabene , thank you for the screenshot.  Unfortunately, Kodi creates the folder thumbnails for picture folders, not the skin.  And it does not do the same thing for folders that only contain videos.  One alternative you can try is to include in each folder a file named "folder.jpg"; Kodi will use that as the thumbnail for the folder.
