Various Crashes and Freezes/Deadlocks, When Using Kodi with the ProjectM Visualiser and the Community Preset Pack Installed

Good day, all!
I am just reporting this here for the sake of completeness. I have been experiencing various crashes and freezes/deadlocks when using Kodi Leia 18.8 with the ProjectM visualiser to play music. These problems started when I installed the gigantic community preset pack available on the ProjectM GitHub page. I have logged these bugs against ProjectM, because I believe that they originate in the ProjectM library, nevertheless, I am reporting them here, because they will affect some Kodi users. (I am posting this in the Linux section, but I suspect these issues are not platform-specific.)
